Yup. I believe this will work only with Mi TVs and probably the Mi Box too. Duo app is already available and installable on Android TV Play Store.

Not 4K. It is mentioned as Full HD for streaming. So probably just 1080p.

Hopefully it's actual 1080p and not upsized. I had bought a Lenovo 300 which is also FHD for my parents to use with their TV but the picture quality is really bad
