hi everybody....thanks a lot for reply...my problem is resolved by changing the modem...i got UT300R2U...Is this a good modem or not...Is there any other modems which can give me good service..THANKS...

So the modem was defective eh? Any modem with G.dmt, ADSL2+ is okay for dataone. I like brands like Asus, Linksys. D-Link is also okay.

If your connection is working fine the modem is okay.

yes the modem problem was there...
these modems( Asus, Linksys. Dlink) are not providing by bsnl..
so need to buy from outside...

what will be the cost of these modems...

Will do for a single computer.
Try it for a month, and decide what extra facilities you need
before buying a new modem/router

2 Did you buy C2110 from BSNL earlier. Within a year
normally they replace it

3When your connection is working,
better take screen shots of ALL the modem pages NOW !
