It's the SOAK test. Screenshots of mails being received from Motorola for being accepted to MFN are all over the net. Will have to wait a little more for the OTA update to release.

I am happy with kitkat. If i update to lollipop and then want to switch back will it be easy?

you'll lose your data if you didnt back it up using apps like cerebrus or titanium backup.

it's a small hassle compared to OTA upgradation.

Just flashed the Brazilian ota update after going through the whole process including bootloader unlock. Final result is super fast lollipop rom .
Going to test it further.

Initial impressions:
Super smooth, no lag anywhere, calls and sms working fine, apps are not being killed aggressively as they were earlier

As of now it looks like they have indeed done a great job. Will test the battery life further.
