Facepalm. Leftover stock from some other country? Lol

It seems so as there are few negative reviews of this leftover stock or whatever. Something about IMEI numbers starting from 353XXX. They say that phones come with 4.2.2 which I don't understand as even on February release of the first gen came with 4.3.

boo phone got stuck on messages, wasn't able to take calls or switch it off, finally did it on its own, i was wondering if it would have take 2 days or so to let the battery run off dry

Need a original replacement back cover. I did buy one from ebay it turned out to be cheap and got scratched easily. Any links for cover which is as good as original.
