i am staying at RK puram.my phone supports till 384kbps so i m getting around it but speed is ok.but disconnecting at every 1-2 minutes is horrible.this is there since friday's morning. earlier it was fine.now i dont know what to do?m planning to visit the sanchar haat today.
hi i called one number regarding technical support. that guy was telling that this is network problem. now so many compaints are coming like this. and he was not knowing the time it will be taking for sorting out.he told since the network is in installation phase so it will take time. 1-2 days or 1-2 weeks like that. i asked my validity for 2500/- card is 30 days so my half time will be wasted. for that he was saying sorry on behalf of MTNL and told he cant do anything. after that there was no point in asking further. what u tell guys? what we should we do now?fed up from this i picked up flight and came to my HomeTown. forget about internet. in india do not use any new technology. let it get tested by 1 billion people then become the first person after 1 billion people to use the technology. this i have learnt.RAJ
I having this exact same issue in my residential area in Hyderabad. When I use my handset as a 3G modem it connects fine for about 1-4mins max before disconnecting. I noticed it tends to do so especially when i start downloading something heavy or run a speed test. Hope it's just a network issue. I've try 2 different handsets so its definitely not a problem on my end.
