Ok interesting observation

When I am connected to 59.XX ip range, I get speed cap of 1 mbps

But when I am connected to 203.XX ip range, I get full 2.20 Mbps

even one of my room get signals from other tower with 1.4mbps.other places its 2.3mbps

No, I have always tried at Worli only. Where do you live?

I live at Mazagaon. Even I got variable speeds after that. But mostly it stayed above 2 mbps. Cannot test more as I fear my 449 mb quota is about to get over, and will have to check balance first before trying more. I can't risk using my actual SIM balance as it's already low at Rs 40
