MTNL 3G Jadoo Experiences and Issues

Don't worry guys. MTNL are doing maintenance today and tomorrow. Just got a call out of blue from some english speaking lady from MTNL 3G team asking me if my 3G internet was working fine. I said that I was having crappy and unreliable speeds for the whole day. Then she said that MTNL were doing some maintenance on their 3G network and apologized. Then she complimented my mobile no. as it is super awesome This was very strange as I never logged a complaint with MTNL to begin with.

Where should I call and lodge a complaint for getting speeds of just 1.40 mbps?

Someone pls suggest me a 3G data card with a price range upto Rs 2500. I am messed up finding it online. E-bay is having different-different price for same models

Huawei UMG 1831.. Costs around 2.5k

I have read reports of UMG 1831 heating up and disconnecting frequently. But it's your call.
