(which is where i checked just now)Although, i have another sim which my wife uses with the iPad and that is currently giving 1.2 mbps (according to her!) - [churchgate]Update - Just checked while leaving ... speed now 0.5+ but fluctuating a lot... Nothing to worry i assume, MTNL babus servicing the network it seems!

This is really strange. I'll wait till tomorrow morning, if the speeds don't improve then I'll probably call the CC. I have tweeted about the issue to @MTNLMobile though.
