when i selected mumbai (tested 4 to 5 times) speed constant at 2.17 download is this speed nice

Is anyone experiencing slow speeds today? With HSDPA activated, the speeds I am getting are not even 0.30 mbps!

Till a few hours ago the speed was fine, now that i check .... me too getting max of 0.3mbps. (ip : 59.181.x.x / 202.159.x.x) [my sim is hsdpa active , in the morning was getting over 1.3mbps]

I didn't access the internet for 2 days, and today as I check the speeds are pathetic. Nonetheless, if everyone is experiencing the problem, then it should be solved soon. And the speeds were less even on 202.x
