According to the PM, you just need the unlocking 'jugaad' so you may read the ReadMe file only till step 4.

also regarding MR3220 router.. be careful it works only with few modem and model numbers. So check the compatibility before buying the router.

hey popcorn y not as unlocking the device is not illegal as when i went to give them back they said the device is now your property i can do anything with it so m doing the same

Unlocking the device is not illegal. Popcorn asked us not to talk about it here as this thread is for discussing MTNL's 3G services and not data card unlocking.
