I didn't even call them. I am synced 1024 kbps upstream but I get only 256. So this definitely seems like some server misconfiguation.

Maybe its a new 'Guddi Padva' offer or Maybe the 'Holi effect' :hysterical: has not worn off on some employees at MTNL. or just itchy fingers because of which they are just fiddling & farting around. :notallowed:

May this 'offer' or 'Holi effect' spread to all UL plans :D

either someone screwed up or maybe its a limited offer(like double speeds for a month) from MTNL.... I dont see it becoming permenant :) ...
 
no changes on the MTNL tariff page & no anouncement on MTNL website... Seems like a mistake zzzz


@ sanke1 Lolz I havent opened the Modem page for months now (maybe years)... my connection & modem works fine without me having to do much :P ... So dont really remember my initial sync speeds...

I am asking which Triband plan are you on and whether you are getting double speeds as against your plan.
 
lol I am synced to 4mBps, still get 40kbps only, however today, i am gettin more than 200, i guess it happens on sunday, like it happened on holi
