@^thats why we worry. If they cannot do sort by date, can u be sure they will get the billing right?

i have never seen such sorting issue, i dont think its sorting issue. i have always seen table in correct date order.

^then wait till the Bill gets into ur hands and then decide. But it surely is some order other than date.

once bill printed its usually too late.then they say pay first, argue laterbest to nip problem in bud if possible

besides the sorting issue or display order being something else. might be that sessions for 1-5th June were not recorded and now entered yest. Thus for instance in my case I am seeing 1,2 June entries after 15th but before 16th June. So might be they sort in Record insert order. (What are these babus smoking? They think their system is having 100% uptime :hysterical:)

I am a normal user not @. I now see that they have added one more entry for the 2nd June, in the pix I had posted there were two entries now there are three:cry:

now ur scaring me.I am a normal user tooand in the last week of May and first week of june i surfed bout 1GB in the dy and it was never counted. If it gets updated I am screwed

I use FireFox and DataFox and see the usage upto last log in. ( in my status Bar )
For months I have not seen BSNL usage web site ,and cross check session by session.
MTNL should give a summary at the top of the page ? Any problem there ?

Airtel is best, even though a backlog of 24 hours is there. Detailed summary also available.
