u r scaring me, i was charged already in those days, hope they dont add them twice in my case thinking it was problem for all.ok just checked logs, its not added as of now.i asked my friend, his records have been added back too!whoa never knew that MTNL had all those records!!

Ohh sad to hear all this...MTNL are screwing all customers now...
^ tell them that your plan hadnt been changed by then, so they cant count the night download data.others - well you really cant blame MTNL for counting those MB's. you can say it was their fault that their website wasnt working, but since you have downloaded during day time 'thinking' that they wont count the data, you cant point fingers to them for counting it.

thats what i'm gonna try and email them
saying plan changed at 11.30 am and usage was used prior to this in the NU period.
But those billing folks have no idea what this is all about, they will simply show me the plan change happened on 4th July and all usage for that day will not be counted as NU

^@AmishCan only do that once the bill arrives next month around 15th.Once bill is printed they will say pay up and then purse claim for reimbursement.Once bill is paid they will tell me to go to HELL !!!!!Or spend an eternity running around from Pillar to Post to CompostMTNL hai to kabhi kabhi .........Lots of guys will have crossed the limits this month due to backdated usage.Should we all call the GM or something?????????????Will he help us before bills are printed ?
ummm.. well its not always so. i had rcved bill from them with abt 2.5k extra. i had changed plan and accountant charged me based on some different plan. i called up accounts dept for my exchange code (in jogeshwari) and i explained him and he asked me not to pay bill and then within some 20days i got new corrected bill.but yes i called him up almost every 4-5days to make sure he doesnt forget else i wud have to explain everything again.
thanks will try that,however the AOTR at Kand(W) which handles billing for my exchange will never pick up the phones nd if they pick up will ask me to go to my local Exchange,and they will tell me to go to AOTRBut 5k is too much have to give it a shot
