MTNL Broadband: Backdated usage details

Infact same crappy message for the last 2 days.earlierthe site was unavailable.now its available,but useless at giving us infoMTNL hai to .............!!

Could access just now & saw a bum entry in my usage. Take a look what is in blue from MTNL & below is my actual usage. Take a close look at the timings. I think now they have started bullshitting us. I have just sent a email to helpdesk & DGM broadband, lets see what creative crap they hand out. If they bullshit next emai will go to the MD & TRAI as a good measure. This incompetence is not acceptable.

Guys when I wrote to helpdesk about the silly extra usage details in my usage details all they do is give the tel no of the GM of your area. I suggest if you face this problem don't waste time writing to helpdesk write directly to the GM of your area with maybe (optional) cc to helpdesk.:wall:

i think there is no need to break ur head for 10MB extra use.when i had some 60Rs extra charged, i had gone to exchange and reply i got was, "kya 60Rs ke liye tension lete ho, main tume deta hu!" and puts his hand in his pocket, as if he wud give me money from his pocket.

GM or MD?
Which is best? Would writing straight to the MD be overkill?
Shld I start with GM first?
there is no MD in Mumbai listings,Coz MD is for Del and Mum Both

If you have written/spoken before to some underling before, then its ok to write to the ED straight away. I have done it in the past. In the screen dump, I have posted above the time shown in two sessions are not possible as they overlap I wanted to bring it to their notice to make them aware that their bull is being noticed by customers :wall:

if two timings overlap,would they wash their hands of the matter by deleting the minuscule entry like 5MBand charging the bigger entry of say 500MB??????I can never tell what BS those guys come up with in answer to queries/complaints
