Ok. Got the yellow ad just now. This is the limit.
On another note I still received the paper bill even when I had selected email only option in the popup.

same case with me I too opted for only ebill but still received the paper bill

because their was nothing as such from mtnl itself , it was from adphonso , and was supposed to annoy /spy / spam you

I think some seniors got good bribe from adphonso
because the ebill opt in doesn't work the same must be the case with the plan change opt in
the adsense is gonna earn them pennies they might get banned too but I have still not seen any adsense ad
- they why the fuck u spam us

The adsense account probably belongs to adphonso and not MTNL.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to rate the adphonso.com domain on sites like WOT - https://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/adphonso.com.

Changing DNS won't help. Use a VPN.
