MTNL (Delhi) Freedom 800 plan query

I'm thinking of switching to Freedom 800 plan that allows 2 mbps download speed on my connection. This plan is Night usage based plan that allows 2 mbps(unlimited) only between 11 pm to 8 am. I just wanna ask whether this plan is worth or not? I heard many users don't get 2mbps and their speed doesn't increase after 11 pm. Anyone here, who can throw some light on this ? Will I'b able to get good speeds?

It all depends on your telephone line, if theres no issue in your line , you wont face any issues. And to get that 2 mbps speed just reboot your modem after 11 pm.
