MTNL Broadband Freedom 800 Plan: Recent problems in Delhi

I have recently moved to MTNL Delhi and am getting disconnections which increases during night times .I am on Freedom 800 Combo plan .My Line stats are as below
snr margin downstream upstream
17.6 4.8
Attenuation 13.1 10.1
My line loop length is 600 but I am getting CRC and HEC errors

^^yes, agree. i restarted modem at 8.22, 8.30, 8.35(pm). But speed remains 512 kbps.

Now again some strange problem with MTNL.
Too many frequent DC with MTNL delhi , (I am using freedom 800 plan) but i dont think it has anything to do with plan. Looks like just MTNL issue, Link in the modem is stable but internet is disconnecting at fixed intervals frequently. It started 2-3 days back.
before this Ping issues on gaming server was my problem which I am facing till today.

Speed going 1.6Mbps only from 5.00pm to 8.30pm and line also dead(but net working fine)

Today from 8 pm onwards , the disconnection issue seems to have been resolved. But i was getting 1.5 mbps in day , not after 11 pm. It is 570 kbps at the moment. :/

Same here. Got 2mbps in the day. 512 kbps now.

So looks like this is an MTNL issue rather than specific users.
