MTNL Broadband Freedom 800 Plan: Recent problems in Delhi

LOL. This thread is hilarious! I have just applied for Freedom 800 Combo, so let's see whether I get the speeds all fine or not when it is activated. :D
 
can anyone tell me what is the exact bill they charge after taxes for Freedom 800 combo plan ??
 
is someone experiencing slow service during day time , especially downloads from play store going at 3-4Kb/s or is it just me ?
