But the question is, do you actually get full (or approx) 2 mbps download speed? Or it is just bandwidth?Edit: i called 1500, they say what you see on that page isn't correct and i will be billed as per my plan only.And i also called the server room phone number and no one picked up. Then i called customer service and they reminded me its a Sunday.

what is the username and password ?

I tried the normal telephone number as username and CA number as password .
that din't worked ?

It's not going to work if you are not in Delhi, I guess

I contacted MTNL 22221504 on this number and they were unable to help me and told me to contact 1500.

Nobody picks the call on the other number

This is a new connection I have so, it got started with this plan only.

Contact support, that's the only thing you can do now.Seems like your password is changed or something like that.p.s You can always update your location in your profile.
