if lucky in a day or two..... else make sure you go to the local exchange.... following up on things is very imp.... especially with MTNL....

well, call the customer care 1504 and register a complaint there

If the customer care guy at 1504 misbehaves with you or has an attitude problem, what do you do? My experience with 1504 has been very bad... they always talk as if they are not accountable for anything, and are there just to answer calls & earn their daily wages... customer gaya tail lene...

Hmm..well, i got my speed changed in 2 days..anyways keep calling customer care again and again and bombard them with ur complaints...
