No formal announcement yet. 'Site last updated on 08.04.2011' :(

They haven't still removed the April Funday plan offering from their website yet and you expect them to update their tariff page so soon :P Lets give them some time :D

Yes , it's utter crap if they restrict speed to 2-10 mbps on FTTH !
And when there are better plans available who the hell would risk to take FUPed plans !

And Hayai is still very far away from launching in Delhi.

lol just check out the pricing for those plans and the fup u get on them its just ridiculous......

"very far away" is relative. We have a date in mind now - best case and worst case. And they're both even in 2011 :)

I have checked the pricing. It's not far off Airtel's pricing for it's 16, 30 and 50mbit/s plans. Sad for them, happy for me.

Business Line : Industry & Economy / Info-tech : RailTel to bag Rs 400-cr optical fibre cable project

Mg you should probably ask Raitel to lay spread Fiber in other cities!

Railtel don't do last mile. In fact when I first spoke to Railtel, they asked me if I could lay it for them (and then they would become my backbone).

Considering Railtel was planning on launching Railwire in Mumbai in 2009, I'm going to hesitate to suggest that perhaps they are kind of useless at laying fiber in cities :D

....and once u launch ur hayai will be happy for many Indians too :D

.. or probably check TULIP For laying fiber in chennai, I read they're good at it!

We'll choose whoever is best for the job. Tulip might be less than impressed at the prospect of building a network for a competitor.

And today is a half day lol. Wait till next week :( They love to rest on their laurels ( I am not sure the customers call it laurels)

They have even begun to talk like them in many ways, atleast in the arrogance, conceit & BS dept :( of course in incompetence they have no competition. :(
