How much max speed do you get on this? Is the speed consistent? Is it good in thane?

Not good if you want to use it in Mumbai...better check your speeds first before getting a plan...Roaming users get about 7-8Mbps...i bet they are following this forum...everytime we talk about MTNL things change.

In Delhi, 3G Prepaid 1650/- plan has advertised unlimited usage.

But actually, It is 200GB in 1650/-
I checked it last month.
