mtnl speed decrease?

i have been using mtnl 749 nu for last one year and my download speed was always around 200 kbps
and speedtest.net was showing 2mBps
but since last one week i have been getting speeds lessser than 20 kbps

i dont know what i shud do

i have called 1504 like 100 times times they just say "ok well look into it"

same problem here from last 3days Data Rate 256Kbps both Up and down, otherwise getting 2Mbps always do they sync 256Kbps

@arham , u seems to be downgraded... complain it to 1504, 2-3 times atleast....did u complained MTNL earlier about anything????@flame - u r now on the right speed.... it was mistake from MTNL that u were gettin high speed....

u on unlimited plan - n mtnl offers only two U/L plans - 256kbps and 512kbps. U were earlier enjoyin 2MBPS (200KB/s) and now downgraded to 256kbps (24 - 26 KB/s) ; hence most likely u've 256kbps U/L plan, if its so, then u're speed is set to the right now... simple....
