MTNL Triband 590 to 849U

OK this is what i did today @ 24/06/2007i called MTNL on 1504-------------------------------------passed the IVR and went to the live person(hindi translated to englih below)CS:welcome to MTNLMEk thnxME:i wanted to know how can i get 849NU scheme because 590NU is closed right + will we be automatically switched ???CS:what is that .let me check.{w.e.f.20.06.07} & 2day is 24th ....4 days later of announcement of the chang in PLAN a CS in MTNL does not know anything about this scheme and i cud hear here literelly reading abt the plan from the screen...CS:{completly blank}(in hindi) NAHI pata "shayad" change hoga humko nahi malum ....shayad se tum log ka 590NU hi rahega..pakka nahi pata humkoMEpolitely) ok no probz i will call back later after 2 days plz keep necessary info abt the plan ,.....GOODBYE

did anybody successfully applied for 849NU plan, I called up CC thrice but no luck. They don't have any information regarding the plan.

Call 1500 instead and NOT 1504
