Multiple Public IPs - Load balancer?

OP mentioned using 3G BSNL, I don't think the local router will receive a Public IP.

Sorry about the confusion on the OP. I use Mikrotik SXT LTE that receives a public IP that never changes (unless after regular downtime / uptime). I used the term router in OP as a generic term. I, of course, have a router (MikroTik AX2) that will never get / show a public IP.

It requires a SIM to operate, correct? And it's doing routing too.

Yes. SIM is needed. It routes the traffic too (but doesn't have wifi).

how much speeds are you able to achieve on bsnl network ?
Is it shows HSPA+ or switches to HSDPA frequently ? ( good old days )
I beleive you are on unlimitd plan .

Max is 10mbps (right now).

It shows 3G HSDPA all the time. Never showed HSPA+. It has RSSI of -51dBm.

I am on 1515 plan (data only with 2GB per day).

@pothi What DNS were you using at the time when this happened? Does it still happen?

Still happens. Currently using quad9. I switch between multiple DNS services from time to time. Sometimes, cloudflare, Google. NextDNS, etc.

Using the above query, I got different addresses because ECS is enabled in that DNS tool.
