Oh ok. XDA developers has posted a full tutorial on how to change fonts in Galaxy S. It obviously requires rooting though.

I got my Samsung Galaxy S yesterday. Amazing phone. Many many options in Android. Wonderful OS. Super AMOLED screen is awesome and produces crisp, clean and fantastic pictures. Gaming is good too. Music player is awesome and i can play DIVX, Xvid videos directly without converting.


Congrats dude. does it support .avi extension videos ?

Even I'm eagerly waiting for VLC. I'm so much addicted to its desktop version :smile:AVI videos works even in my Samsung Galaxy 3 without conversion. That's a boon....

from what i see AVI is just a file container. codecs are different.

May be. But the common DIVX/XVID files with AVI extension that floats around the internet :ashamed: works properly without any conversion.

so the comic sans font is just another customization and not a default feature

and there are lots more options that can be added.

but not clear whether this is the official froyo build that samsung is delivering to Galaxy s users.

oh noes. what does the accessory pack include? i did not order that.

Invisible shield (plastic shield to protect screen) nothing special, u can get find that in any mobile shop these days.
A car mobile charger and a carry case.
