My Speed reduced from 1mbps to 190kbps

Hi All, I am using 899 Combo Triband Unlimited 256 kbps plan (thru D-Link 502T router). I got the connection last month and for one month, I had 1mbps speed, but now since last three days it reduced to 190 - 210 kbps. Is there any way to resume old speed? Regards,Manu DagarNew Delhi

hey u r only supposed to get speeds of around 256kbps in your plan...its perfectly fine..

consider yourself lucky you got that speed in the beginning. your plan is supposed to have 256 kbps speed.

But lots of ppl are getting 1mbps+ speed on 256kbps plan and more over MTNL also announced to raise its speed to 2mbps for such users...:S

Hmm...They hve claimed to rise the speeds of Limited users, Unlimited 799 or combo 899 plan users will get 256kbps only..its mentioned in their tarrif...

those who are getting 1mbps+ on 256 kbps connection shouldnt be getting those speeds. their speeds will also soon be reduced.
