my speed Reduced from 3.5mbps to 1mbps

hello everyone

iam using BSNL ULD 845

Previous four months i got 3.5mbps full,even after FUP limit,i dont know how

this month after FUP limit iam getting 1mbps

so i contacted customer care,she doesnt have a clue what iam talking, after a long wait she told me that its a mistake that i got 3.5mbps (my friend has also got Full speed throughout the months)

Has anyone faced this?

i started using 845 plan 8 months ago,i was getting constant 1mbps

later they introduced FUP,Month start i get good speed after that 1mbps

Since march i was getting constant 3.5Mbps full month,but this month They reduced my speed after FUP idk why

You did not answer my question. If the plan is supposed to give you 1mbps, how is BSNL at fault here?

Thank BSNL for giving you 1 Mbps. Your post FUP speed is just 512 Kbps
