Need some review of new BSNL Bharat Fiber FTTH Broadband Plans 777 / 1277

No upload issues for me, but I'm on the 50 Mbps plan. My place is relatively close to @arunkadambanattu and we seem to get IP address allocated from the same Keysystems Ltd pool.

I am still facing the issue. Upload only 60Mbps maximum on every speed tests. But download still crossing over 100Mbps

BSNL is down for me since 4:09 AM, fibre link is up, but PPPoE connection fails. Even VOIP doesn't work. I am guessing there is some connectivity issue from the LCO to BSNL (as the ONT is registered to the OLT) or some larger BSNL issue in the area.

Update :

Down for 27+ hours now. Same situation, fibre link is good but PPPoE fails, VoIP is also down.

Raised a complaint ticket, also tweeted to BSNL Kerala.

Hopefully would get resolved today. Since yesterday being Sunday I guess it got delayed.

I am requested to change my broadband plan to Fibro Combo 777 via the selfcare portal.

@arunkadambanattu, requesting via selfcare is useless. Better to go to exchange and leave an application.

@arunkadambanattu Self-care is useless for anything other than checking current plan. BSNL is still stuck in the old age wherein you have to visit the exchange for every single thing.
