@Crazyguy030601 @Aswin Perhaps it depends on the circle/state too? In Kerala I've got plan changes done through the self-care portal without issues. Similarly have got billing issues resolved too.

Maybe just combine it with tweets as well.

For Kolkata circle, at least their Twitter handle and Self care isn’t too good. But yeah, you’re correct, it does depend on the circle. Kerala is a top circle for BSNL. On the other hand, they have a horrid reputation in Kolkata and ROB, so their service isn’t too good, either.

I am also from BSNL Kerala circle. I have found the selfcare portal is useful here as many times I have raised the landline complaints here and they have been attended by BSNL as well.
