Need Suggestion for a backup broadband in Gurgaon

I have a small office setup at my home in Gurgaon and completely rely on Airtel broadband.
Of late I am seeing deterioration of Airtel services in my area where it goes down every 10-15 days for 5-8 hours at times. I am planning to get a backup internet service.
What do you think would be the best and affordable back up internet service for my case where at least 2-3 users should be able to connect to the internet wirelessly.

Any idea, how good/bad are Tikona services in Gurgaon? The response is not encourgaing for other cities in this forum.

Tikona quality I guess would depend upon your local cable guy.

Sorry I couldn't understand that. Is it like the services are imparted in colloboration with the help of cable operators? We use Tata Sky at our place so no idea about the cable operators here.
