Need urgent help on renew

Guys, I need to new my account,As there wedsite are not working,Went to retail shop,As of now they can recharge using ITZ cards, I am in maxi plan ..no other way need go to Platinum package. Card value : 700 or 1800 from Platinum package. How many days this 700 card hold for ..atleast it should be for 2 months.. Platinum package = 275 +tax Dish tv package are very conf and not sure what they need from us.. Please help me with details ..Already i am getting only free channel ..no use Thanks.Prem

Well i have also been trying to recharge my account from last 5 days but it is not happening, website goes down after u put your details to recharge ur account, recharge no's are coming busy all the time, when they do connect, after 2 minutes the line disconnects after you punch your vc no, this has been happening from 16th Feb onwards, anyone else facing this issue,
