Net down?

My connection on NIB2 has been down (error 678) since about 1130pm on 24th.Anyone else have this issue?
 
No.Reset the modem and set up a new connection. See if it works. Book complaint if things don't work out.
 
Thanks. Must be a local issue.Today is holiday so I have to wait for a day to complain :(
 
Is back up from sometime in the evening.Probably a local issue. Had given complaint in the morning. Main office in Goa was open today.
