No that is not true man. i think this person doesn't know about the expiration. Because I wass getting Happy browsing notifications in my last bill. But this time there was no such updates. Rather the same old page came with buying additional data slabs for higher speed. I have already bought the 20 GB one
Can't we complain TRAI regarding these daily fups on home broadband....BSNL is giving us no option to choose between daily or monthly fup...this is not right
Anyone good at writing please launch an petition and address it to Dept of Telecommunication and share the link here we will all join. Our collective effort can only bring back the benefits..
@xstarm i dont think that is the case. till last month in the service name page the limit per day details was not mentioned. its only from Dec that got updated.earlier when they launch the 199 299 promo plans which had daily limit usage users where not getting the happy browsing offer. so dont think its a mistake. i am sure many will move from BSNL soon. i myself is planning to disconnect may be january or feb .
Seems like they haven’t fully configured and defined the plans because my data counter is not being reset per day as i have used 3.3 gb from december 1 and while checking the usage its showing the same,dont know when it will reach 5gb what will happen
got this reply from bsnl sayiong these are promotion plans??? wtf are they talking about?? also guys keep tweeting with #bb249 #nofupforbsnl ,i think they are monitoring the response to new plans.
