lol. i reconfigured plans for the third time few minutes ago. nothing changed.

dad's d2h connection is still running the old plan. nothing changed as of now.

oh god. d2h customer support page now mentions zee. i should have known, i am dealing with zee managed people.
with less than 100 bucks remaining in my account, maybe i should switch operator.

any recommendations? should i get Tata Sky dth now? or airtel?

mobile app seems to show one of the channel list i have submitted in recent days. not the latest one.
my account section on website shows the same messed up list as above.

plus they seem to have launched a new page for channel selection.
