no one reads 'read before you post' threads on the forums. the things i am suggesting are common sense steps that should be followed on any similar community. trying to feed them to newbie's mind is not going to work.

man. you need to add the forum names too. can you guys do one thing... start a new thread in the forum of your service provider with your suggestion? this thread is not going to be read by all the folks. and i guess we can have a dedicated thread in each forum for mod selection. i would make it a sticky so that all future talks about moderation can be handled there.

well....you do not allow links of some blogs to be posted here..!?hmmmmm maybe if u create a thread naming all the blogs...i would stop posting from them.?!

Thread merging is good if two threads are same. e.g. recent mtnl modem charge thread.i think admin has never merged unrelated threads. so its good.no point in having 2 threads with same content. because then half ppl will follow one and other half will follow other. some will follow both and might have to reply same thing twice causing repeats.

BTW i have problem with admin renaming the threads >.> i come up with some interesting title for the thread and when i come online the nxt day...my title is replaced by some *boring*ly named formal title!
