I don't get 8Mbps but steadily 7-7.5Mbps. You should talk to BSNL and ask what the issue is. Even if it is 3Mbps I would not care as I get 60GB FUP.

And now i face random disconnection

Makes no sense to take this, after 60GB, the 512kb is back.
The Reliance Pro 3 plan is 999 without FUP and same speed of about 7Mbps.

For me 60GB is huge and i don't download much, but view few anime series online. So it is good for me
