Newbie here! help!!!

Hey guys !!I'm new to Tata Sky setup.. got it last night. Was wondering if u guys could be kind enough to help me few things1. cant we have channels in order in tata sky? i mean like 1.ndtv news channel 2.star news etc etc??2. is there any way we can eliminate the blue screen that comes while i change channels?? Thanks peeepz!

To get channels in order... add the channels to favorites ... There is no way to eliminate the blue screen ...

Yes, but you will become used to it as all the channels are arranged as per category like Cinema, Religious channels, Regional etc.

Yes you will be used to it very easily and very soon. there is no way to eliminate the blue screen

Blue screen comes for a hell of a long time when there is a active service on that channel.
