No connection although Power,DSL,Internet LEDS are on

Not able to connect to internet via ADSL Modem. The power,DSL and internet led are all stable. Lan1 is stable. Have connected using a LAN cable.

The issue was with the password. Once it got reset, the modem picked up some default username password
Uname: dataone
Pwd: multiplay
Although the 3 LEDs blink, I could not connect to the net. Once this was changed to actual username password, it worked!
