No internet after router reset

Hi everyone,

I reset my uniway ont router, I took it to bsnl office and the office there configured the router but still there is no internet when I connect it to router, he says the router is faulty and I need to get a new one,

He apparently said that there should be an ip address and netmask information but it doesn't show under my router, please give me a solution. I've attached an image too in the below link

Status is down. Either connection failed to establish or something else. EPON/GPON status okay?

Yes, the lights are blinking green, everything is correct

If PON is blinking even if green then it's unauthenticated/unauthorized. They have to fix it from their end.

I see that the lights are stable and do not blink, is that ok?

Yes, something else must be wrong then. Ask them to reset WAN MAC once and then try. Also check if you have entered your credentials correctly for PPPoE.
