Since Nokia Lumia 928 is planned for Verizon US, 925 could be International version of 928.
The specs of the Lumia 925 are expected to be the same as the Lumia 928, with a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 chipset, a 4.5” 720p HD display, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, a camera that supposedly will perform excellently in low-light conditions, and of course it will run on Windows Phone

And I thought 928 was the 920 for Verizon network :P

928 (and now 925) may be handsets which Nokia is planning to introduce with Aluminium light weight sleek body.

Looking beautiful, metallic look has made it looking stunning (like iPhone :) )

Here is the thing. Nokia sent their B team for this launch. And it was touted as one of the many new launches coming in the near future.
Also, this is going to T-Mobile and not AT&T. Which means that this is not even their new flagship phone. Another major launch is expected soon enough.
India was also not included in the launch countries. Apparently, India is good only for Asha devices.

India may get 925 release. But price could be very high. I expect price more then Rs 40K (or near to 920).

Well. Of course, it would land in India. In a couple of month's time. Compare that to how Samsung launched it here in India along with South Korea which is their home market.
