just saying... Anil Saxena has the same IP 'range' as the two guys mentioned above.

Nokia phones are not that exciting these days as a android device can be.In fact nokia should work hard to sell 2690 kinda cheap phones to all auto/rickshaw, vege sellers, etc. than to try any gimmick with high end users.26k is a crap price for this orthodox looking phone, they cant offer anything as available on other brands, iPhone, samsung android options.

Can you elaborate which built in feature the N8 doesn't have as opposed to the iPhone 4 or any of the latest Android devices?

hehe. its a symbian phone. that alone is a turn-off right now. Nokia n9 would have meego. though intel has just stated that no meego devices are going to arrive this year. wait for n9 and you would probably laugh at symbian based devices. :)

Specs on GSM Arena look interesting. But the camera on the N9 sucks, and I am not really a fan of physical keyboards, makes the phone bulky. UPnP is also missing.

I haven't been able to lay my hands on a Meego phone though I did try the Maemo on N900. Nothing great. But then felt so about vanilla Android too :D

heh. well the point is... symbian (software) has been the weak point for Nokia all this time. meego would probably change that. symbian 3 is of course designed for touch devices. but it still has its legacy problems. N9 would of course be the first of the many more devices Nokia would launch. some with hardware keywords, some without them. the problem with nokia is of course software related. they still make the best hardware (if we leave out Apple).

IP Range similar to which two guys ?I am comfortable with Symbian. It does what i need it to do. I don't really need fancy applications and all though if it is there then it is a benefit.... I think i will go for it when it is a bit cheaper. I used to own the N82 and that had a great camera , so this much be nice too. Tough to decide :(

can N8 load yahoo messenger or Galaxy S would be better for that ?? Is anyone using YM on touch screen phones plz suggest how is the experience like I mean is there any sort of delay to messages or they come automatically or some sort of refresh needs to be done all the time. I mean will I get the same experience like I would on PC ?thx

i use meebo on my android. it works fine. if you edge connection is smooth, chatting is just like on a desktop.

I'm planning to get an X8. But not in India due to Indian phones firmware usually being behind the rest of the world (I re-flashed my 5800 with Finnish firmware).Seeing the review on TechRepublic and whatnot made it a want for me.Samsung ads here in are demonstrating SWYPE as being an exciting feature - I have SWYPE. I also have Fring, from which I can make calls to India for 0.011 EUR per minute (cheaper than SkypeOut). I have Nimbuzz. I have a front facing camera, so I can use either Fring or Nimbuzz for video calling. I have Opera. I have Google Maps. I also have Ovi Maps. I have MGMaps for tracing where I've been (or, in the event that my phone gets stolen, where it is). I also have a custom-written alarm in Python (in case it gets pick-pocketed, a loud siren will go off if it is not unlocked within 2 seconds). My phone backs itself up to Ovi both on the net and on my desktop. My phone can also switch itself to silent mode based on my location (for example, if I'm at the office). I have a good music player. I have PuTTy. I have push-email. I have Snaptu for Twitter and Facebook. I can tether it as a modem, and/or I can use Ovi Suite to send SMS messages (for example).Despite the bitching about Symbian as a whole, I must say, it's fairly versatile, and although I'm pretty open to change, no one has ever been able to sell me on any killer feature available on Android or iPhone that would justify switching from Symbian to either of these platforms. And especially not Blackberry: I really should have purchased the Mrs an e71 but she wanted a bloody Blackberry which had the same features for twice the price and doesn't do it as well (she has to be on a Blackberry plan to use it). She could have Push Email from Ovi and Fring for chatting on MSN, Yahoo and Gtalk. Damn status symbols :P
