100.92.5*** this is the ip adress in wan internet .it comes in range between as said above of cgnat . but whats the problem for bsnl to keep those ports open or is it in cgnat those ports arnt kept open ?
It's because of the way CGNAT is implemented. Read about Port Control Protocol and enable UPnP to test if you can do what you have been wanting to do. There are other ways too, like ngrok, etc.
