care.tamilnadu @airteltelephone.com sent email
WCC.TN @airtel.in auto ack.

Try delhi or newdelhi or ND instead of tamilnadu.
Nodal and Appelate with email address
shown in your telephone bill.

Also in your AirtelSelf care page you can post a complaint.
( Where you check your usage/billed details/bill payments etc )
Also give the Airtel IP ( see in device status)
and your dynamic IP and speedtest .net jpg picture.

According to that PIC line Rate is proper.

Download : 2560 Kbps or 2.5 Mbps
Upload : 576 Kbps or 0.56 Mbps

Your line is absuletly fine. something other problem.

@Tekky
I did not ask for it, and you need not give it here.
In this device page your Airtel gateway is shown.
For your connection a dynamic IP is given,
and it changes every time.
Send all details as jpg pictures to Airtel cc.
If you give link/s they may not see them.
I am assuming you are connected to a low speed server.
Nodal will definitely help.
but create a correspondence.

Display IP Address
Mine just now.
You are using ip address 122.164.5x.1xx
Default Gateway: 122.164.48.1
Primary DNS Server: 208.67.222.222
Secondary DNS Server: 208.67.220.220
Date/Time: Thu Dec 18 00:26:44 2008
