Packet Loss and Slow Speed Problems on Airtel Broadband

Now that's strange. Check if others in your area/city are facing similar problems.What did the cust care say regarding this?

got disconnected while he was issuing me a tickettried calling again waited for 5 minutes no usedont have a telephone instrument here so i had to call from cell .so it is costing me to call them atm.will call from airtel landline early morning if the problem continues...currently in wubi installed ubuntu. trying to see if speeds are any better here.transmission on ubuntu seems to be downloading openoffice at decent speeds. duh. time to go back to windows.also, 64 bit ubuntu looks like its hard to get flash working on it. guess i would download 32bit ubuntu tonight.

after the firmware upadate the surfing speed is too slow earlier i used to get 40kBps speed home 799 plan but now its only touching 30 kBps download speed

speeds became ok after a while... it seems to be ok now.

i am getting btw 300-360kbps.has anyone experiencing minute reduced speeds?
