slow speeds where?
downloading fom microsoft or any other website....or is it utorrent
how about the speed tests put a screeny..... things fine in delhi BTW:cool2:

384Kbps.......muhahaha:hysterical:https://www.speedtest.net

i have tried download ubuntu 8.10 through torrents and flashget. i have tried download openoffice through torrents and flashget.i am just not touching even 30KBps here in Gurgaon. i usually get between 55-60 on torrents/flashget. it's happening since evening. i notice when something is wrong with the speeds.

Modem statistics page screeny?? sync, SNR, Attn etc....How about trying to use SOD for 5 mins to see if it increases the speed. If not then something wrong from backend..UPLOAD SPEEDS??

:Di forgot the modem login password long time back :Ptoo bad today is saturday and i would probably get no support till monday morning.or maybe they are open on saturdays. i dont remember. :(

Phone Support is 24/7.....and if you forgot the modem password....then contrary to ur claim, u havn't done everything....:P

from what i know i cannot really do anything from the modem backend except for checking some values.

i cannot change those values. :)

currently on call with the customer care guy. he is noting down the request. let's see if they are open on saturdays when i doubt. monday morning :(

i hope this is one of those situations where speeds become normal after a couple of hours.. it has happened before. i just hope this is another of those instances.

duh. call got disconnected automatically. i would have to go through the entire shite again :(

called again. this time could not get through even after waiting for 5 minutes.
