Anyone else experiencing packet-loss related issues ?

I wasnt facing any such issues till now, but from just around 5 mins ago, I dont know why but my net speed decreased all of a sudden. Orkut is taking a bit longer to load than usual. However, there is no data loss when I am pinging google, gmail or orkut.As far as "remote computer did not respond" is concerned, its definitely a problem from the end of BSNL.
