The next iPhone I meant. And whether or not it has any new features or it is called iPhone 4s or 5s or 4ass there will still be queues to buy it even if apples prices it at 1000 dollars or above. And since they have "legally" wiped out competition they will keep the prices high and the imbecile fanbois will queue up to own an "iPhone" Again, legality apart, does anyone justify what Apple did? Or for that matter putting the unquestionable loyalty aside, does any fanboi really think this is good for innovation as Tim Cook thinks? Was it ever about values? It was always about money and that is what it will remain about? Why bring morality in this? If I make a product that I am sure is better than the rest in the market, will I be bothered products that just "look or feel" like my product? Of course not. If I am insecure I will be. I am sure you own an apple gadget, maybe multiple. Are you going to buy a Samsung product just because it looks like an apple product? Of course not. The fact remains that Samsung beat apple at the game that they themselves were playing for so long. Creating products by getting ideas from elsewhere. When that started to hurt apple in terms of market share, they could not digest it. Hence all this hoopla. Read a nice comment somewhere. The only thing that Apple actually invented is patent litigation. "Boy have we patented it"
