Ping to Singapore Servers

Hi guys,
I noticed that some of the servers in singapore give decent ping but some wont. Anyone have any idea how? ( I use 800 Plan)
Here are results from all servers of Singapore...

I mainly play CS:GO.

That cab be due to the load on server.Some may have more load and more packet exchange whil some may be less crowded.Happens

That's very strange I play CS:GO alot and everytime I prefer playing on the official servers of valve which are located in singapore and I never got ping higher then 110ms and that too everytime on a random server
I agree with Himanshu that the load on the server plays a big role.

you're really lucky because my pings are really *** to Singapore servers.I am a CS Source player.My ping is above 295 to all the singapore servers.Its really tough to play

only starthub gives bad ping of 220+ , others give decent 60-100 ping in my case , it is opposite in your case for some reason , looks like routing problems with BSNL as always .

I called DE he said call to SDO I called to SDO he said call to Local SDO...now no one is giving me local sdo's number.
