Plan changing for a brand New connection

Now why would someone get a 4 month connection that too with BSNL ? You getting the point ?It is totally like a locked up contract. You tell me keep a contract with Airtel Broadband or Excitel or some good ISP . Then that is something different we can think about
 
@shashankb LCO will pay the 4 month bill you have to remind them every month after you get bill , my neibhour got a new connection they took 1 month bill amount also & he called them when the bill came & the LCO paid that 1 month bill.
 
So if I change plan right now , the new plan's bill will be generated and that would be paid by LCO if I am not wrong
 
Seriously...why do even people encourage such LOCs
for WFH we dont need much speed. 2-3 Mbps speed itself is decent for WFH (i.e Mobile Broadband)

Take any of the Mobile connection meanwhile complain to BSNL about such huge cost being charged /delay in providing connection
